These Terms apply to your use of the Quiet Page Atelier website and to every purchase you make from us. By buying, you agree to them.
Who we are
Quiet Page Atelier is a brand of Hydra Constellation SRL, Via Riace 76, 00118 Roma, Italy ("we," "us"). Contact: productadvice.info@gmail.com.
What you buy
You buy digital products: printable PDF files and, for the Seller's Pricing & Listing Toolkit, a spreadsheet file. No physical items are shipped.
Your license
When you pay, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, print and use the files for your own use.
The Quiet Page Atelier Complete Kit includes a Commercial License. It lets you make finished, handmade felt items from the patterns and sell them, on the terms set out in that document. The Commercial License covers any add-on packs you buy. If these Terms and the Commercial License differ on how you may use the patterns, the Commercial License applies.
You may not share, resell, upload, distribute or give away the files, in whole or in part, or sell digital copies, cutting files or kits made from them. We keep all rights in the files and designs.
Digital delivery
After payment, download buttons appear on the thank-you page, and we email you personal links that stay active for 7 days. You can request fresh links anytime at /access with your purchase email. Please download and keep a copy of your files.
Payments
Prices are in US dollars and are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe on our own checkout page, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own fees, such as foreign transaction fees. All prices are one-time payments, with no subscription.
Refunds
We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase on The Quiet Page Atelier Complete Kit, the main product. Add-on products, including individual cross-sell items and the Complete Bundle, are non-refundable. To request a refund, email productadvice.info@gmail.com with your order email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Educational content, not professional advice
Our products are educational craft and business guides. They are not legal, tax, financial or professional advice. Information about laws, platform rules and fees was accurate to the best of our knowledge when written, but rules change. Always check the current official sources.
Your responsibility when you sell
If you sell items made from our patterns, you are responsible for making sure every item complies with all product safety laws and rules where you sell it, including rules for children's products, and for any testing, certification, labeling, registration, licenses, permits and taxes those rules require. We do not test, certify or guarantee the safety of any item you make. How you cut, stitch and assemble each item, and which materials you choose, are under your control.
No earnings promises
We don't promise that you will sell any items or earn any amount of money. Any numbers in our products are labeled examples that show how a method works. Your results depend on your own work, prices, market and many other factors.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a product or this website is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the country or state where you live.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one shown on this page at the time you bought.
